What are Reward Points (RP)?
RP are Clean&Win's customer Rewards currency. You can earn RP through eligible Clean&Win activity and use them according to the current Rewards rules. RP are not cryptocurrency, cash, money, an investment or stored-value currency.

Membership levels
Your membership level is connected to recurring Clean&Win cleaning frequency. The more frequently you use recurring cleaning, the stronger some Rewards benefits become.

How can I earn RP?
Eligible own cleaning
1 RP per 1 SEK of eligible own Clean&Win cleaning or service spend. Labour paid with RP does not generate additional RP.
Private-customer referral
Bronze: 1,000 RP. Silver: 2,000 RP. Gold: 5,000 RP when the referral meets the program's qualifying conditions.
Welcome reward
4,000 RP when the applicable referral-code conditions are satisfied.

Share a genuine review of a Clean&Win cleaning you received. Positive, neutral and negative reviews can all qualify.
What does eligible mean?Qualifying B2B referral
Clean&Win members may earn RP from qualifying referred business customers based on paid B2B invoices. Level multipliers: Bronze 1.0x, Silver 1.25x, Gold 1.5x.

Bronze: 5,000 RP. Silver: 7,500 RP. Gold: 10,000 RP.

What does eligible review mean?
An eligible review is a genuine review of a Clean&Win cleaning you have actually received. It can be positive, neutral or negative - the rating does not determine whether you receive RP. The review must contain enough information to be useful and must not be duplicated, fabricated or unrelated to the service.
When might OIC ask for more information?
If a negative review reports a specific cleaning problem, we may ask for a photo or other information that helps OIC identify, understand and address the issue. A negative opinion by itself does not make a review ineligible.

Lower RP cost for qualifying membership levels
Bronze uses 100% of the baseline RP cost. Silver uses 90% and Gold 80%. This is a reduction in RP cost, not a SEK discount.
How qualification works
You need 3 ended qualifying months at the required membership level within the latest 6 months. An ended qualifying month is a month in which you booked and paid for the services required for that level. The months do not need to be consecutive.
What can RP be used for?
RP can be used toward eligible Clean&Win cleaning according to the approved redemption and RUT rules. RP may also be used for available Rewards Catalogue items when they are available in Clean&Win.

RUT affects how private cleaning is calculated and invoiced. Clean&Win shows how RP can be used under the approved RUT and redemption rules. Final RUT eligibility depends on the customer's available allowance and approval by the Swedish Tax Agency.

How referrals work
You use your referral mechanism or code in Clean&Win. When a friend joins and books under qualifying conditions, RP are awarded after the referral qualifies. The reward depends on your level: Bronze, Silver or Gold.

RP transfers
The program supports RP transfers as a customer feature. The minimum transfer is 5,000 RP and the maximum per transfer is 100,000 RP. If the feature is not visible in Clean&Win yet, it is not available in the app yet.

Example
Anna is a Silver member
Anna has two recurring cleanings per month. When a friend joins and the referral conditions are met, Anna earns 2,000 RP. That represents 20 SEK toward cleaning.

A Gold member refers a business
When a qualifying business customer becomes paid, the Gold level can create stronger RP through the business-referral multiplier. Exact RP depends on the approved rules and paid invoices.

A genuine review of a Clean&Win cleaning can earn 500 RP whether it is positive, neutral or negative. If it reports a specific problem, OIC may ask for a photo or other information to investigate and address it.

- After 3 months without own cleaning, referral rights are lost under the program. They can become available again when own cleaning resumes under the rules.
