OIC Facility Services AB was established in 2019 and provides cleaning, facility services and property-related operations in Stockholm and Uppsala. Our experience comes from real working days in homes, offices, schools, kindergartens, construction environments and short-stay properties.

OIC did not begin as a software company. Clean&Win and BNBOPS grew from problems we met while delivering services ourselves: easier booking, clearer communication, better follow-up, recurring-service management and more order in property operations. Technology supports the service; it does not replace it.

Our quality-management procedures are being developed with ISO 9001 as the framework and direction.
